<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Our client, a leading retailer, is seeking a <strong>Financial Analyst</strong> to join their team for a <strong>12-month assignment</strong>. This is a hybrid role requiring <strong>2 days onsite</strong> each week at their Mississauga office.</p><p>This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established organization and contribute to key financial operations and analysis.</p><br><br><p>This position <strong>Financial Analyst</strong> is responsible for the financial modelling, reporting, planning and analysis related to all Distribution Centers.</p><ul><li>Financial reporting of DC’s annual expense budget, creating financial models to support recommendations for related business partners, creating monthly rolling plans, and conducting variance analysis. </li><li>Financial analysis and forecasting related to payroll and other period expense variances. </li><li>Provide financial expertise/analysis to support Distribution Services organizational initiatives. </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>TMGCT</p><br><br><ul><li>A post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics). </li><li>3+ years of professional experience with financial modelling, reporting, <span >budgeting/forecasting</span> and analysis; experience supporting Distribution and/or Supply Chain operations is an asset. </li><li>Related professional designation (e.g. CA, CPA) is considered an asset; in-progress designations will be taken into consideration. </li><li>Excellent computer skills including word processing (MS Word, MS Office Suite) and spreadsheets (MS Excel); experience using database and data manipulation tools such as TM1, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI. </li></ul></p></p>
