<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are looking for a Production Technician with manufacturing experience. Someone who is knowledgeable, enjoys working with their hands, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and takes pride in doing a good job.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong><br />• Fitting and assembly of Industrial pumps and mixers.<br />• Work on various power tools, overhead cranes and machinery including Balancing Machine, saws,<br />impact guns, nail guns, drill and tap, measure and cut, sanding, sand blasting metal parts, file, fit, punch,<br />reaming, riveting, aligning and clamping of individual parts for assembly.<br />• Work as a spray painter in the Paint booth, sandblasting, masking and prepping the pumps , mixers<br />and other items for painting.<br />• Work as a carpenter building skids, crates, pallets and other woodworking items shrink wrap and label them for shipment.</p><p><strong>Secondary Responsibilities and Duties</strong>:<br /> Assists Welders, Assemblers, and Fitters when required.<br /> Back up for painter.<br /> Back up Testing of product<br /> Performs general shop and building maintenance tasks as required.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br /><strong> Physical:</strong><br />o Must be capable of working prolonged periods standing, sitting, squatting,<br />and bending.<br />o Lift, Push and Pull Requirements: Up to 50 pounds.<br />o Must be manually dexterous.<br />o Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.<br />o Ability to work safely with various chemicals including and not limited to thinners,<br />acetones, and xylene.<br /><strong> Mental:</strong><br />o Mathematics.<br />o The use of the English language, both Oral and Written.<br />o Requires daily communication with multiple departments to insure maximum efficiency.<br />o Fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Education & Skills:</strong><br /> OSSD High School Diploma or GED required.<br /> Read Blueprints.<br /> Numerical and categorical accuracy.<br /> Operate spray painting equipment.<br /> Works as a team.<br /><strong>Experience:</strong><br /> Minimum 2 years.<br /><strong>Working Conditions:</strong><br /> Hours of operation: 6:00am to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 11pm.<br /><strong>Benefits:</strong><br /> Competitive Wage.<br /> Bonus Potential<br /> Vacation Pay.<br /> Holiday Pay.<br /> Medical/Dental and Vision Benefits.<br /> Pension Plan.</p></p></p>
