The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills like plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry work. This individual should be experienced in home and office repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.<br />Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical and painting</li><li>Repair and replace fixtures, doors, windows, and other components.</li><li>Inspect and diagnose issues to determineproper solutions.</li><li>Assemble and install furniture and equipment.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed in a safe and professional manner</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations</li><li>Keep track of tools and materials, ensuring they are in good condition and properly stored.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a handyman or similar role</li><li>Proficiency in various repair and maintenance techniques</li><li>Valid drivers license.</li><li>Forklift and Bobcat Operator</li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks.</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><p>Medical benefits willbe provided by the company after completion of 6 months</p><p></p></p></p>
