We’re also a team of curious, collaborative, and impact-driven people who care about delivering results — and about making each other better every day.<br />*About the role*<br />As Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager, you’ll be the technical and analytical backbone of Ubiweb’s growth engine.<br />You’ll own our HubSpot ecosystem, integrate key business systems like Chargebee, and ensure data flows accurately across departments to support smart decision-making.<br />Your work will empower every team — from Sales and Marketing to Finance and Operations — to act on reliable insights, efficient processes, and clean data.<br />*What your day-to-day looks like*<br />HubSpot & Chargebee Ownership<br />* Serve as HubSpot Super Admin — build and maintain workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and commission tracking models.<br />* Manage and optimize Chargebee (billing and subscriptions), ensuring smooth integration with HubSpot.<br />* Automate revenue recognition, invoicing, and renewal processes to save time and eliminate errors.<br />* Develop and maintain HubSpot-based commission calculations and ensure they reflect accurate, real-time sales data.<br />Systems Integration & Optimization<br />* Build a seamless data flow between HubSpot, Chargebee, and connected tools (e.G., Aircall, Fathom, Google Sheets).<br />* Identify and implement integrations or automations that reduce manual work and improve visibility across the customer lifecycle.<br />* Collaborate with IT and external consultants to ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and scalable.<br />Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence<br />* Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership — ensuring one version of the truth.<br />* Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.<br />* Lead data analytics and BI projects, connecting multiple data sources to uncover trends, patterns, and performance gaps.<br />* Support strategic planning through accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.<br />Data Integrity & Governance<br />* Champion data cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency across all systems.<br />* Establish best practices for data entry, management, and validation.<br />* Work cross-functionally to ensure every report and decision is based on trusted data.<br />Leadership & Collaboration<br />* Manage and coach a small, multidisciplinary team (CRM Specialist, IT Manager).<br />* Partner with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on goals and priorities.<br />* Advise the VP of Finance on technology improvements, process automation, and new opportunities for efficiency.<br />*What you bring to the team*<br />* 3–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.<br />* Expert-level HubSpot experience (3+ years as a Super Admin).<br />* Hands-on experience with Chargebee (or similar billing tools) and its integration with HubSpot.<br />* Strong command of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.<br />* Proven ability to design and manage complex system integrations.<br />* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset — you notice when something’s off in the data and fix it before it becomes a problem.<br />* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and translating technical insights into business value.<br />* *Nice to have*: Experience with Google Workspace administration, cybersecurity, or IT asset management.<br />*Why join Ubiweb*<br />* Competitive salary, commensurate with experience<br />* Comprehensive group insurance (for you and your family)<br />* Flexible schedule + 1 day WFH after probation<br />* Modern office near Dix30 (free parking, gym, snacks, coffee)<br />* Continuous learning and development opportunities<br />* A fun, driven, and collaborative team culture<br />Job Type: Full-time<br />Benefits:<br />* Casual dress<br />* Company events<br />* Dental care<br />* Disability insurance<br />* Discounted or free food<br />* Employee assistance program<br />* Extended health care<br />* Life insurance<br />* On-site gym<br />* On-site parking<br />* Paid time off<br />* Vision care<br />* Wellness program<br />Work Location: In personCreate Your Resume First
