<p>Health & Safety Director</p><p> We're Hiring: Health & Safety Director – Canada</p><p> Toronto, ON (with regional travel)</p><p>We're looking for a Health & Safety Director to lead programs and initiatives across Canada. This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention, compliance, and building a culture of accountability and care.</p><p>What you'll do:</p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop a team of safety professionals</p></li><li><p>Drive SIF prevention strategies and ensure critical controls are in place</p></li><li><p>Partner with leaders to analyze risks and implement corrective actions</p></li><li><p>Oversee audits, training, and compliance across regional operations</p></li><li><p>Use data insights to improve safety outcomes and reduce workplace risks</p></li></ul><p>What we're looking for:</p><ul><li><p>8–10 years of health & safety experience (with leadership exposure)</p></li><li><p>CRSP designation (or equivalent) preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of safety management systems and high-risk hazard controls</p></li><li><p>Experience in construction, service, or other high-risk industries is a plus</p></li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to make a real impact at a national level with a company that values safety, innovation, and people.</p>
