Responsibilities: (This list is comprehensive but not exhaustive)
- Report to and take direction from the entire Management team.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of venue specifics.
- Assist with venue opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar.
- Stocking and maintenance of bar supplies.
- Assisting with table maintenance and service flow.
- Uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- General upkeep of work areas.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing attitude.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale systems and similar software.
- Physically capable of meeting job demands.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be open to a flexible schedule.
- Must have a Smart Serve Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
- Bi-weekly pay starting at $17.20/hour.
- Bi-weekly cash tip-out.
