<br>Responsibilities: (This list is comprehensive but not exhaustive)<ul><li>Report to and take direction from the entire Management team.</li><li>Maintain excellent knowledge of venue specifics.</li><li>Assist with venue opening and closing procedures.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar.</li><li>Stocking and maintenance of bar supplies.</li><li>Assisting with table maintenance and service flow.</li><li>Uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li><li>Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.</li><li>Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.</li><li>General upkeep of work areas.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Friendly, energetic, and outgoing attitude.</li><li>Proficient in using Point of Sale systems and similar software.</li><li>Physically capable of meeting job demands.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills.</li><li>Must be open to a flexible schedule.</li><li>Must have a Smart Serve Certificate or be willing to obtain one.</li></ul>
<br>Compensation:<ul><li>Bi-weekly pay starting at $17.20/hour.</li><li>Bi-weekly cash tip-out.</li><li>Free or discounted meals and soft drinks.</li><li>Complimentary games.</li></ul>
