YOUR ROLE:Your main responsibilities will include:Acting as a strategic partner in human resources for managers and teams;Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives;Advising managers on performance management, talent development, and best HR practices;Contributing to workforce planning and organizational needs analysis;Ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies, including grievance management and participation in collective bargaining;Supporting training, leadership development, and change management initiatives;Promoting a positive culture of health, safety, and well-being at work. SKILLS REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations;Certified HR professional, an asset;Proven experience in a similar multi-site position in a unionized environment, including business units and production sites;Mastery of labour laws and regulatory requirements;Proficiency in French and English;Availability to travel based on organizational needs;Proficiency in HR software tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite;Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills;Autonomy and ability to find solutions;Analytical mindset, autonomy, and priority management.
