<p>Immigration Intern (Students / Entry-Level Only)</p><p>Location: Burnaby, BC<br><br>Job Type: Part-Time Internship<br><br>Hours: 3–8 hours per week<br><br>Pay: $18.75–$20.00 per hour</p><p>About Us</p><p>Sure Immigration is an immigration services provider based in British Columbia. We assist individuals, families, and employers with work permits, permanent residency, and caregiver immigration pathways. We are currently looking for a part-time intern who wants real, hands-on experience working inside an immigration company.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>This internship is designed for immigration consultant students or recent graduates who want practical, real-world experience—not a full-time role. Hours are limited, and the focus is on learning and exposure to genuine immigration workflows.</p><p>You will assist with preparing immigration applications, organizing documents, and helping develop client training materials for the Home Support Worker Program (a first-come, first-serve PR pathway).</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist in preparing immigration application packages</li><li>Organize client documents and maintain checklists</li><li>Draft forms and basic letters under supervision</li><li>Support building training materials for online PR submissions</li><li>Conduct IRCC-related research</li><li>Provide general administrative support</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed an immigration consultant program</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good writing and communication skills</li><li>Organized, reliable, and eager to learn</li><li>Comfortable with online tools and document management</li><li>Able to work under supervision</li></ul><p>What You'll Gain</p><ul><li>Real experience with active immigration files</li><li>Exposure to PR and work permit application workflows</li><li>Hands-on learning related to the Home Support Worker Program</li><li>Mentorship from experienced immigration staff</li><li>A strong resume reference for your future RCIC career</li></ul><p>Compensation</p><ul><li>Hourly: $18.75–$20.00</li><li>Hours: 3–8 per week (may increase with workload)</li><li>No commission</li></ul><p>Important</p><p>This position is not suitable for:</p><ul><li>Licensed RCICs seeking full-time work</li><li>Applicants expecting high pay or guaranteed hours</li><li>Individuals who want to work independently without supervision</li></ul><p>This internship is strictly for students or entry-level candidates who want experience.</p><p>Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op</p><p>Pay: $18.75-$20.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 3 – 8 per week</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
