Inbound Sales Advisor
Job Description
Adecco in partnership with our client are currently hiring several full-time Inbound Sales Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service and support to our client's valued Members in this remote position. This role is ideal for a proactive, empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceeding expectations.- Pay Rate: $42k to $45K (depending on experience)
- Location: Remote
- Shift: 8am to 8pm Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays every 2nd weekend
- Job type: Permanent Full-time

- Respond to inbound telephone inquiries and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally
- Navigate multiple systems to facilitate accurate and efficient resolution of member requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding internal quality standards and KPIs
- Maintain a positive and empathetic communication style when handling member issues
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Completion of post-secondary education
- 2-3 years of proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine, empathetic communication style
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must attend all scheduled training sessions (time off is not available during training)
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
