<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>POSITION SUMMARY<p>Industrial Journeyperson Electricians needed ASAP. You possess the full range of knowledge required to install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including climate control, security, lighting, power sources and communications.</p><p>Employees are expected to support and participate in a culture of safety and adhere to and be ambassadors of the company&#39;s Conduct and Values, and to treat others with dignity, respect, and fairness.</p><p>POSITION DETAILS</p><ul><li>Start Date: ASAP</li><li>Pay Rate: $24-40 /hr depending on experience</li><li>Location: Cenovus Foster Creek - Camp Accommodations</li><li>Rotation: 8/6 rotation - 12-hour days</li></ul><p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Must possess a valid Journeyperson or Red Seal Electrician certificate</li><li>Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing</li></ul><p>CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><ul><li>Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine layouts of industrial electrical equipment installations</li><li>Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fibre-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components</li><li>Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance</li><li>Maintain, repair, install, and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, and reactors</li><li>Maintain, repair, test, and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries, and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems</li><li>Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records</li><li>May install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices</li></ul><p>WHATS INCLUDED</p><ul><li>Private single room with bathroom and TV</li><li>Dining areas, work out gym, recreation areas with games (pool, ping pong, etc.)</li><li>Breakfast and dinner served daily and packed lunches available for work day</li><li>Travel allowance for flights to and from site</li></ul><p>Bonus Schemes available for referrals and project completion.<br><br>How to Apply:</p><p>Please send your updated resume to <span >operations@afewgoodlads.com</span> along with a short paragraph explaining why you believe youd be a great fit for this position.</p><hr /><p>A Few Good Lads is an equal opportunity employer.
