<p><b>Information Technology Security Analyst</b></p><p><b>Location Address: 888 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON</b></p><p><b>Hybrid: 2 days in-office (will increase to 4 days in future)</b></p><p><b>Anchor days: Flexible</b></p><p><b>Contract Duration: ASAP to 05/31/2026 – 6 months</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Must have skills:</b></p><p>1) 5+ years of experience in security, legal or project manager</p><p>2) 3+ years of current and working knowledge in all aspects of eDiscovery and Litigation Operations</p><p>3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization.</p><p>4) Strong and constant approach to critical thinking, data analytics and problem solving while maintaining both a creative and detailed orientation to job and team accountabilities.</p><p>5) Experience in using industry standard eDiscovery and digital forensic tools (ex. Relativity, EnCase, others)</p><p><br></p><p><b>Nice to have:</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrate a current and working knowledge of digital forensic principles/methodologies/techniques, and of Information Security best-practices, methodologies, and techniques.</li><li>Detailed working knowledge of legal and regulatory jurisdictions specific to identification, preservation, collection, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI)</li><li>Detailed working knowledge of digital forensic principles, methodologies, and techniques.</li><li>Detailed working knowledge of Information Security best-practices, methodologies, and techniques.</li><li>Detailed working knowledge of data management, information governance, and project management disciplines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Education: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in an approved field from an accredited university and a minimum of +3 years of documented and relevant experience.</li><li>Professional certifications and membership of associations in the field of electronic discovery or information/cyber security (i.e., Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) will be an asset.</li></ul><p></p>
