Inside Sales Representative

Location: Montreal, QC In-Person



The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our Montreal head office. This in-person role supports daily sales operations by preparing quotes, managing customer communications, coordinating orders, and assisting with invoicing. You’ll play a key role in supporting our technicians and sales leadership by taking on essential administrative and customer-facing tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and send quotes to customers based on technician notes and pricing guidelines
  • Create and send invoices in coordination with our finance team
  • Track sales opportunities and follow up on open quotes
  • Maintain up-to-date ERP/CRM records and internal sales documents
  • Respond to customer inquiries and direct them as needed
  • Support procurement and order tracking
  • Help coordinate service schedules and technician follow-ups


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and tools like NetSuite or
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in marine, industrial, or technical environments is a plus
