Salary Range: $60,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $90,000+)

What Will You Do?
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate and qualify new B2B sales opportunities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent service and follow-up
- Accurately record activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
What Do You Bring?
- 2-3+ years of inside sales, business development or inbound order management experience
- Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive independently and in a team setting
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance
- Looking to take the first/next step in your sales career
