We're looking for a talented Integrations Engineer to join our team and play a key role in connecting Pluvo with the financial, CRM, and HR systems our customers rely on. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems, translating business workflows into scalable integrations, and ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms.</p><h3>What You'll Work On</h3><ul><li>Designing, building, and maintaining integrations with accounting, CRM, and HRIS systems</li><li>Handling and normalizing complex datasets (accounting data, CRM data, HR data)</li><li>Working with concepts such as journal entries (accounting) and CRM opportunities</li><li>Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure integrations support core business workflows</li><li>Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to deliver a seamless customer experience</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>4–6+ years of professional experience in integrations engineering, backend engineering, or related roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of API design, REST/GraphQL, and data pipelines</li><li>Hands-on experience working with accounting, CRM, and/or HRIS data</li><li>Familiarity with financial/accounting concepts (e.g., journal entries, ledgers) and CRM workflows (e.g., opportunities, pipelines)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Stock options</li><li>Comprehensive benefits</li><li>The chance to shape an early-stage product and see your integrations directly impact customers</li></ul>
