They have also mentioned having the ability to work on multiple typologies.<br /><p><strong>Why is this role open:</strong></p>We are searching for a person with at least five years of architectural experience to join our Toronto office. The ideal candidate will be someone who is energized, enthusiastic, and technically motivated. The perfect applicant will have broad-based architectural experience and a clear enthusiasm for technical design excellence. The best candidate will be passionate about creating excellent contract papers in a BIM environment, have in-depth understanding of building envelope construction, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a busy office.<br /><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Creating and coordinating construction documents, including ensuring that they are in compliance with codes, standards, and specifications</li><li>Detailing and documentation in collaboration with team members</li><li>Close coordination with engineering consultants</li><li>Creating architectural models and construction drawings using Revit and other modelling software</li></ul><p><strong>Must haves:</strong></p><ul><li>Great portfolio</li><li>Strong construction drawing experience</li><li>High level ability and experience in Revit</li><li>Knowledge of building envelope construction</li></ul><strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong></p><p><ul><li>CA experience is an asset</li><li>Experience using SketchUp, Lumion, or other rendering softwares</li><li><span >Institutional/healthcare</span> project experience</li></ul><p>Remote/Hybrid - 4 days in office </p><p></p><p><p><strong>Compensation Disclosure</strong></p><p>Compensation for all roles Axis recruits for is multi-faceted and based on a range of factors including experience, skills, location, and internal equity. The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include performance-based bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits offering, in accordance with applicable Employment Standards Act (ESA) requirements. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.</p></p><p></p><p><p><strong>Compensation Disclosure</strong></p><p><em>Compensation for all roles Axis recruits for is multi-faceted and based on a range of factors including experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
