Role and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and foster team environment to deliver the highest level of design.
  • Work with the design team and subconsultant coordination process.
  • Ability to present in meetings with clients or municipalities
  • Create high-quality documentation, provide guidance with technical detail, & explore new solutions
  • Ability to drive the project forward towards successful completion / Motivates and challenges others to perform at their best
  • Participates in networking activities within the design industry and professional organizations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Intermediate Revit knowledge
  • Healthcare, Institutional or Commercial project experience is preferred
  • Understanding of drafting & putting a drawing set together
  • Follows instructions well and learns fast
  • Thorough and detailed oriented
  • Understands priority
  • Resourceful, flexible, adaptable, positive attitude
  • Eager to learn and experience all aspects of the projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
