Kingspan uses RippleMatch to find top talent.</b></p><p><b>Kingspan Graduate Programme – Engineer Graduate – Victoriaville, Quebec, Canada – 2026</b></p><p><b>Stream:</b> Engineering and Operations</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems used in manufacturing processes.</li><li>Support the creation and review of technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications for production.</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.</li><li>Participate in equipment installation, maintenance, and process optimization activities on the shop floor.</li><li>Analyze performance data to recommend improvements in machinery and manufacturing workflows.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Be no more than 12 months post-graduation.</li><li>Be no more than 12 months’ work experience (excluding university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.).</li><li>Be eligible to live and work permanently in Canada.</li><li>Hold a degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering).</li><li>Have a good level of verbal and written English.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>You will be a Kingspan employee from Day 1.</li><li>The opportunity to live and work across the globe in five divisions: Insulation, Insulated Panels, Light, Air and Water, Data and Flooring, Waterproofing and Roofing.</li><li>A graduate development programme to support your transition from university to the world of work and accelerate your career development.</li><li>Access to business leaders and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.</li></ul><h3>Recruitment process</h3><p>1) Complete the online application form via the application portal. You can indicate other role preferences on the form.</p><p>2) Shortlisted candidates will complete online psychometric assessments (e.g., Arctic Shores).</p><p>3) Successful candidates will be invited to submit a short video interview.</p><p>4) If successful, candidates attend a Virtual Assessment Centre comprising a group exercise, an individual presentation, and a final competency-based interview. Depending on the role, there may be a follow-up call or visit.</p></p>
