About The Team & Business Line

The Citco Document Intelligence (CDI) Platform team is a specialized unit within the Transformation Office (TO), dedicated to revolutionizing document processing and data extraction across Citco's global operations. Leveraging cutting‑edge technologies including Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning, our multidisciplinary team collaborates with business units to build and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.

The CDI platform represents a strategic investment in next‑generation document processing capabilities, combining advanced AI/ML models, cloud‑native architecture, and enterprise‑grade security to deliver innovative solutions for Citco's diverse document processing needs.

Responsibilities

As Lead Business Analyst within the CDI Platform team, you will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into well‑defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring successful delivery of platform features through agile methodology. This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions effectively to diverse audiences, from business stakeholders to technical teams.

• Lead stakeholder engagement and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to elicit business requirements


• Create comprehensive business and functional requirements documentation


• Break down requirements into epics, features, and sprint‑ready user stories


• Design wireframes, process flows, and technical diagrams to support requirements


• Conduct requirement walk‑through sessions with development teams


• Manage technical dependencies and solution design


• Present feature demonstrations during sprint reviews


• Support QA teams with test planning and UAT execution


• Oversee regression testing activities


• Mentor junior analysts in requirements gathering and documentation


• Drive continuous improvement of requirements management processes


• Participate in agile ceremonies and facilitate sprint activities


• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analysis experience, including 2+ years in a lead role


• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from IIBA, an asset


• Financial services industry experience preferred


• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in intelligent document platforms


• Extensive experience with agile methodologies and writing user stories


• Proficiency in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)


• Experience with wireframing tools (Figma)


• Experience with diagramming tools (Draw.io, Visio, Mermaid)


• Proficiency in requirements management tools and testing methodologies


• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills


• Strong communication and presentation abilities


• Stakeholder management and relationship building skills


• Problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset


• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
