Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Hand Warehouse Associate to join our team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse operations, proven leadership skills, and valid forklift certification. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys guiding a team toward operational success.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations.</li><li>Coordinate order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.</li><li>Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure proper inventory control, accuracy, and documentation.</li><li>Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor workflow and communicate with supervisors and management on progress and challenges.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.</li></ul>
