Were looking for a Product Lead with a strong technical foundation in AdTech/MarTech to drive the next phase of our product evolution. This is not a PM role focused on backlog grooming or scrum rituals—we want a product builder, a systems thinker, and a problem solver who understands the infrastructure of advertising and can turn vision into scalable software.



If you’re deeply technical, fluent in AdTech, and excited to shape product architecture at a high-growth startup, this role is for you.


What Youll Do

  • Define and evolve the architecture of Goloot’s core product offerings, including media buying, targeting, attribution, and optimization systems;
  • Own the product roadmap across our AdTech stack, with a focus on performance marketing automation and AI-driven features;
  • Translate high-level business opportunities and market insights into detailed, technically viable product specs;
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering to bring features from vision to deployment—aligning backend, frontend, and data pipelines;
  • Champion AI integration opportunities that enhance product intelligence, personalization, and campaign automation;
  • Identify and prioritize strategic product bets in partnership with leadership, sales, and clients;
  • Make critical product decisions in real time that balance speed, scalability, and innovation;
  • Drive and document best practices for product development across the organization


✅ Who You Are

  • You’ve shipped technically complex products in AdTech or MarTech—DSPs, SSPs, attribution engines, recommendation systems, etc.;
  • You’re comfortable working deeply with engineers, reviewing technical architecture, and offering solutions, not just specs;
  • You bring a track record of architecting scalable systems that drive measurable performance (e.g., lower CPA, increased ROAS);
  • You understand the nuances of targeting, bidding, measurement, pixels, conversions, and performance KPIs;
  • You don’t just react to briefs—you uncover the problems behind them and propose strategic solutions;
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without sacrificing quality;
  • You’re fluent in modern data stack concepts (BigQuery, Firestore, Pub/Sub, etc.) and API-based integrations.
