Position: Logistics Analyst.<br><br>
Location: Concord ON L4K 0J9<br>Salary: $42.00 hourly / 40 hours per week.<br>Term of Employment: Permanent Employment, Full-Time.<br><br>
Starts As Soon As Possible.<br><br>
Languages: English.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.<br><br>
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.<br><br>

Responsibilities:
Tasks:<ul><li>Compile orders and instructions received from customers.</li><li>Develop specific plans to prioritize.</li><li>Organize tasks to accomplish the work.</li><li>Oversee operational logistics of the organization.</li><li>Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.</li><li>Track and complete work orders.</li><li>Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.</li><li>Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.</li><li>Prepare and submit reports.</li><li>Maintain work records and logs.</li><li>Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies.</li><li>Compile worksheets and specifications of orders.</li><li>Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner.</li><li>Co-ordinate, assign and review work.</li><li>Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations.</li><li>Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.</li><li>Follow-up on issues with work orders.</li><li>Keep track of shipments.</li><li>Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices.</li><li>Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li><li>Ensure transport compliance with regulations.</li></ul>
