Logistics Coordinator

<p><p>We have an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator in Hamilton! Work for a Canadian company that has been in business for over 30 years! If you have experience in logistics, apply today!</p>
<h3>Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials, tools, and finished parts</li>
<li>Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, couriers, and logistics providers</li>
<li>Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices</li>
<li>Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse logistics planning</li>
<li>Ensure that all international shipments comply with relevant import/export laws</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service to align logistics with production schedules and delivery deadlines</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain coordination</li>
<li>Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems</li>
<li>Experience in a CNC or precision manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of trade compliance and customs regulations</li>
</ul>
<h3>Pay rate</h3>
<ul>
<li>$26.67 per hour paid weekly every Friday</li>
</ul>
<h3>Shift</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm</li>
</ul>
