Reasonable accommodation may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Safley sets up, operates, and monitors converting machinery and equipment as intended and needed to meet customer and production goals. · Completes converting machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment to ensure proper operation. · Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met. · Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations. · Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently. · Trains and provides guidance to machine assistants and new crew members. · Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements. · Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, to prevent accidents or injuries.
