Jayne Industries Inc is currently seeking to fill an upcoming position as a:

Machine Operator

Jayne Industries is a steel manufacturing company seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, production-based environment and are eager to learn and develop their skills in steel manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently

· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

· Maintain consistent production output while meeting efficiency targets

· Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions

· Assist with basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery

  • Ability to work rotating shifts (days and afternoons)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions in a production environment
