Ready for a career glow-up? As the Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will play a key role on the SEPHORA Canada Marketing team as we champion a world of beauty where everyone belongs.


Reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for driving critical campaigns that showcase our beauty category leadership, enhance client engagement, and increase traffic for SEPHORA Canada. By partnering and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders in the U.S. and Canada, you will develop and execute mid‑funnel category strategies and key commercial retail moments to attract and engage clients with the brand. You will have one Assistant Marketing Manager as a direct report.


What you’ll do


Champion the SEPHORA Brand in Canada



  • Be the voice of SEPHORA Canada in North American leveraged category marketing campaigns, ensuring relevancy and accuracy for the Canadian market and beauty shoppers.

  • Captain local mid‑funnel marketing campaigns from brief to execution to elevate client engagement and traffic to SEPHORA Canada.

  • Drive strategic amplification opportunities across leveraged and local marketing campaigns that support our brand differentiators and objectives.

  • Support Senior Manager on the execution of top‑of‑funnel campaigns to drive mass awareness and excitement around key promotional moments.

  • Lead ad hoc brand projects and initiatives to ensure SEPHORA Canada’s needs are represented & scoped into execution.


Drive Results



  • Responsible for ensuring all campaign work aligns with the brand, objectives, and budgets.

  • Partner with North American cross‑functional teams and external agency partners to deliver local hindsighting on leveraged and local campaigns.

  • Expertly develop and manage budgets, finding opportunities for efficiencies and continuous contingency planning.

  • Continue to develop and implement performance measurement activities to ensure maximum omnichannel return on investment of marketing communications activities.

  • Responsible for managing the Omni/Category marketing team’s budget through invoice tracking and month end balancing.


Collaborate and Build Partnerships



  • Be a critical liaison in North American campaign planning and project process – representing Canadian localization requirements and driving campaign deliverables.

  • Partner lockstep with Marketing Team Project Managers to ensure seamless workstreams.

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and Retail Operations on key seasonal and promotional campaign moments to deliver on‑brand, client centric omni‑channel communications.

  • Support Sr. Marketing Manager through vendor relationship management, specifically with media and creative agencies, as well as select channel partners.

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external partners, such as managing timelines, project‑level budget reconciliation and agency status meetings.

  • Build strong partnership with Finance team to support efficiencies & month end balancing.


What you’ll bring



  • 5‑7 years of relevant experience in the marketing space.

  • A love of brand building, and a strong drive to keep SEPHORA as the #1 TOM beauty brand in Canada.

  • A pulse on culture and passion for breakthrough and innovative campaigns & activations that change perceptions and behaviours of Canadians.

  • A natural curiosity, attuned to what’s happening in marketing and the world of beauty and lifestyle a plus!

  • Proven business acumen in understanding the retail landscape, and effective marketing tactics across an omni‑channel environment – with an ability to work at both a strategic and executional level.

  • Experience with Integrated Marketing approach to marketing plans and multiple marketing vehicles.

  • Familiarity and comfort working with established ideas to build out an integrated campaign, as well as starting from the ground up to create original campaigns tailored to local market trends and opportunities.

  • Comfortably can navigate through complex organizational dynamics and constantly evolving processes confidently, while building partnerships to meet shared objectives.

  • A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, consistently evolving, high‑growth environment.
