As a trusted partner to IT and Business stakeholders, you will lead a team responsible for developing and executing change strategies that drive user adoption, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure business readiness. You will build the foundation of our internal change capability by embedding structured change methodologies and practices and aligning stakeholders across functions and regions. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of people, process, and technology in a fast-evolving, multinational environment.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop and lead the global OCM strategy aligned to enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Facilitate leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement around key enterprise-wide digital transformations and other initiatives within the I&T department.

  • Lead and mentor a team of change professionals and oversee the work of external consultants and partners, ensuring coordinated, high-quality deliverables.

  • Establish a fit-for-purpose BRP change management framework based on industry-leading methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and embed it into delivery practices (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), acting as a key contributor to the PMO 2.0 at BRP.

  • Leverage and improve BRP Change methodology by developing and institutionalizing reusable OCM templates, playbooks, and tools to scale efforts across programs.

  • Advise executives and sponsors on change risks, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption strategies.

  • Oversee integrated change plans across communications, training, engagement, and readiness activities.

  • Measure and report on change adoption and organizational readiness across programs.

  • Collaborate with executives, project managers, HR, communications, and business leaders to embed change across initiatives.

  • Help cultivate a culture of agility, digital fluency, and change resilience within the I&T department and global workforce.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on technology-driven transformation.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of change practitioners and coordinating external partners or consultants.

  • Expertise in change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) and integration with Agile/SAFe delivery.

  • A strong background in change enablement for enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365), cloud platforms and/or emerging technologies (e.g. AI).

  • A proven track record in building change capability and frameworks in large, matrixed environments.

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery in a complex, global environment.
