We are seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team supporting the production of satellite antennas. In this role, you will develop and optimize automated test stations used in manufacturing geostationary and constellation antennas. Your work will directly impact the performance of antennas once in orbit-ensuring they meet mission-critical customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand test requirements
  • Define and implement test methods, procedures, and measurement techniques
  • Develop software and automation scripts for RF, power, and thermal test systems
  • Write and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Support and monitor test execution in areas such as:
  • RF (PIM, Nearfield, Compact Test Range)
  • Active electronics and burn-in testing
  • Power converters and electronic systems
  • Metrology and alignment of flight units
  • Thermal and mechanical testing
  • Plan and coordinate test activities, including managing technicians and ensuring timely execution


Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a test engineering or RF/microwave environment
  • Strong foundation in electromagnetics, RF/microwave theory, or related disciplines
  • Solid programming skills for automation (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
