This role involves processing transactions, taking food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also support operations at <strong>Bunkers</strong>, our on-course shop, ensuring golfers have access to snacks and refreshments while enjoying their game.</p><p><strong>Why Silvertip Resort</strong></p><ul><li>Discounted: golf privileges, staff meals, restaurant meals, grocery and golf shop purchases at Silvertip Resort & Eagle Ranch Resort.</li><li>Staff Accommodation on site. $23 per day.</li><li>Our people experience working at a world-class Golf resort.</li><li>We offer a diverse and engaging work environment in a unique location.</li><li>Close to many outdoor adventures - Banff National Park, Kootenay National Park, Sunshine Resort, Lake Louise Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.</li><li>Process customer orders and payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to service standards.</li><li>Adhere to ProServe standards and all local alcohol service regulations, verifying identification and ensuring responsible service.</li><li>Provide attentive service at Bunkers, ensuring golfers have access to refreshments.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the market and Bunkers, following health and safety regulations.</li><li>Conduct inventory counts and assist with restocking shelves and rotating products.</li><li>Routinely check product use-by dates, removing expired items and reporting discrepancies.</li><li>Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Inform guests about daily specials and promotions, encouraging sales.</li><li>Follow shift instructions, including cleaning, table setting, and collecting materials from other departments.</li><li>Assist in other areas of the Resort as needed.</li><li>Reconcile transaction lists from credit card machines with POS records.</li><li>Prepare deposit envelopes, record deposit amounts, and complete safe depository procedures.</li><li>Document and report incidents or accidents that occur during service.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Eligible to work in Canada.</li><li>ProServe certification required (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food & beverage preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.</li></ul><p><em> Stone Creek Resorts Inc. is committed to supporting a diverse workforce from various communities within which we operate.
