MARKETING MANAGER

Golds Gym British Columbia is hiring a full time Marketing Manager to support our 4 franchise locations in the Vancouver Lower Mainland! Are you passionate about marketing and fitness? We would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• The Marketing Managers performance will be evaluated based on their ability to plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that align with company goals, timelines, and budget, with a strong focus on lead generation and brand growth.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget; analyze ROI and report insights to support data-driven decisions and lead growth.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company brand standards, sales targets, and leadership vision.
• Lead, train, and manage the marketing team, including scheduling, task coordination, and payroll where applicable.
• Use data and reporting to support data-driven marketing decisions aimed at increasing lead volume and quality.
• Create and maintain efficient marketing systems, workflows, and tracking tools.
• Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns; report lead quality, volume, and performance metrics in weekly executive meetings.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Negotiate and manage brand partnerships to increase awareness and lead generation.
• Oversee website updates, online join pages, landing pages, SEO, email marketing, and influencer initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing content follows brand guidelines across digital, social, photo, and video assets.
• Review and approve social media content, graphic design, photography, and video assets.
• Supervise photo and video shoots as needed.
• Support event marketing, photo/video shoots, and public relations efforts as needed.
• Maintain full knowledge of brand guidelines, buyer personas, promotions, programs, amenities, and events.
• Lead weekly and monthly marketing meetings and deliver monthly marketing briefs on schedule.
• Stay current on fitness and marketing trends to continuously improve performance.
  
  

• Post-secondary education in business, communication, marketing or related is an asset
• Knowledge of relevant marketing and social media tools required
• Experience working with CRMs and email marketing platforms is an asset
• Recent graduate of relation program or 1 to 3 years experience in marketing related field
• Strong organizational, administrative or project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced understanding of marketing principles
• Knowledge of public relations and press release is an asset
• Passion and knowledge of fitness is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
