Salary: $50,000 $65,000 annually

As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company. You will also be responsible for tracking market developments, creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and maintaining customer relations.


Triumph has offices both in Toronto and in Mississauga.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the marketing efforts and team, a hands-on individual capable of executing the work has well as managing and delegating.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs.

  • Evaluate multi-channel marketing programs across all platforms.

  • Develop and maintain marketing budgets.

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Work in conjunction with IT on all sales and marketing software, maintain testing and evaluation accordingly.

  • Help manage and set marketing KPIs.

  • Maintain all marketing and sales reporting.

  • Implement marketing and sales processes or activities.

  • Develop and maintain all marketing and sales collateral.

  • Attend networking or other events related to marketing, communications, and sales, and help prepare events if required.

  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings.

  • Improve Company proposals presentation.

  • Manage social media accounts as well as to do content creation for social, digital & other advertising.

  • Blog writing for the companys accounts.

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing email marketing, SEO & SEM campaigns.

  • Maintain CRMs system and coordinate the marketing funnel automation with the respective triggers, for each division.

  • Manage community outreach & influencer programs.

  • Web design, web site development and maintain websites.


Compensation

  • Salary Range:$50,000 $65,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
