Job Responsibilities

- Administer medications and monitor effects
- Start IVs, change dressings, and insert catheters
- Operate and adjust medical equipment
- Monitor vital signs and report adverse reactions
- Collaborate on discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow nursing standards and protocols
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams
