Salary:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 & Purview Governance Architect to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure, who thrives on designing secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across diverse client environments.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead architecture and implementation efforts, focusing on security, compliance, endpoint management, and collaboration technologies. Youll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful solutions that drive business value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and implementation across multiple client environments.
• Design and deploy secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and compliance tools.
• Lead Microsoft Intune deployments, managing endpoint security, mobile device management (MDM), and application protection.
• Plan and execute complex SharePoint Online migrations, including legacy systems and file share transitions.
• Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to scope and deliver successful projects.
• Support technical escalations, conduct environment reviews, and contribute to long-term Microsoft 365 roadmaps.
• Mentor internal technical teams to elevate Microsoft 365 capabilities across the organization.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security.
• Experience in Microsoft Purview, including Data Classification, DLP policies, and Information Protection.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device compliance, app management, and Conditional Access.
• Demonstrated success in SharePoint Online migrations and modernization projects.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), identity management, and integration with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Cloud Apps, and Identity.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture principles.
• Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives in regulated industries (e.g., finance).
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities in a high-demand MSP environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ yearsof hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security.
• Proven expertise inMicrosoft Purview,Microsoft Intune, andMicrosoft Entra ID.
• Demonstrated success inSharePoint Onlinemigrations and modernization.
• Strong understanding ofMicrosoft 365 security and complianceframeworks.
• Experience working in or supportingregulated industriessuch as finance or healthcare.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-demandMSP environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-400, SC-300, or AZ-104 are highly desirable.
