This role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal equipment performance across all shifts. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with hands-on experience working with pumps, pneumatics, drive shafts, and gearboxes. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including pneumatic systems, gearboxes, and rotating machinery Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Work rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations Qualifications Proven experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing setting Strong mechanical knowledge with practical experience in pumps, pneumatics, and rotating components Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals Strong communication skills and the abilit Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.</p></p>
