✔ Licensed and in good standing with the *College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC*
✔ Experienced or strongly passionate about *hormone balancing* (non-negotiable)
✔ Skilled in functional/root-cause medicine
✔ Experienced in IV therapy (asset, not required)
✔ Confident, compassionate, and clinically strong
✔ Eager for mentorship, collaboration, and growth
✔ Entrepreneurial-minded, yet wants the *support of a full clinical team*

*Primary Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and functional medicine evaluations
* Develop individualized treatment plans using natural therapeutics
* Interpret and integrate advanced labs (hormones, GI, OATs, genetics, etc.)
* Guide patients on herbal medicine, supplements, and lifestyle strategies
* Provide ongoing patient education and wellness coaching
* Monitor outcomes and refine care plans
* Maintain accurate electronic patient records
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
* Participate in continuing education and professional development
