Job Description

CDC Computers is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and bookkeeping, with a strong focus on detail and a desire to provide excellent service.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office activities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling general inquiries.
  • Perform cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents.
  • Manage inventory, tracking stock levels, and coordinating necessary purchases.
  • Handle day-to-day purchasing, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring all procurement processes run smoothly.
  • Carry out bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, further education in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in an office administration role, bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
