<p>Oliver Wyman helps industry leaders in the technology/software and private equity industries develop value growth strategies, improve operations, and maximize organizational effectiveness. Our CTT clients include wireless and wireline equipment and communications service providers, enterprise IT, consumer electronics, semiconductor companies, broadcasters, publishers, platform operators, online and entertainment companies, high‑tech, and software companies. We work collaboratively with clients’ leaders, employees, stakeholders, and customers to jointly define, design, and achieve lasting results.</p>
<p>Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team in North America is looking to hire consultants to support its rapid growth. The team works with private‑equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post‑transaction value realization.</p>
<p><b>Technology Practice</b>: We collaborate with clients to create sustainable shareholder value by anticipating Value Migration shifts, developing innovative business models and product/solution offerings, and improving operational excellence across enterprise computing, software, communications & business equipment, consumer electronics, semiconductor, and IT services industries.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process within those relationships, teaming with Partners and sharing responsibility for the success of specific engagements.</li>
<li>Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery that meets agreed‑upon goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice, expertise, and the firm’s technical competence.</li>
<li>Guide and influence clients in an informed way across all situations including execution of the commercial process, becoming trusted advisors.</li>
<li>Engage fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities.</li>
<li>Create exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership and knowledge of a broad range of adjacent topics.</li>
<li>Develop others and build a followership as part of asset building for the firm.</li>
<li>Lead firm‑building activities, serve as a role model for firm values, with a strong personal brand within and outside of the firm, and be well regarded by Partners, peers, and clients.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desired Skills and Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in strategy consulting or CMT/TMT industry experience plus Private Capital experience.</li>
<li>Commercial due diligence expertise.</li>
<li>Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast‑paced demanding environments.</li>
<li>Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.</li>
<li>Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).</li>

<p>The applicable base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $260,000.</p>
<p>In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.</p>
