Salary:
Mercedes-Benz Burlington is seeking a full time Parts Advisor to compliment our experienced team.
Looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Individual who will represent the MBB brand and support our customer centric culture.
The right person has good communication and organization skills, can be an effective detailed worker in a busy department.
Responsibilities:
- Support client inquiries in person or over the phone with a friendly positive demeanor
- Provide detailed information in regards to parts requests, orders, pricing and availability
- Utilize electronic parts catalogue to identify required parts
- Generate quotes, parts invoices and special order requests
- Provide and support other teams with parts orders, special orders, accessories and boutique items
- Part locating, bin counting, stock replenishment and physical inventory
- Reporting of any inventory discrepancies for parts receipts, sales or returns
- Maintain an organized and clean parts warehouse
- Provide support to service department with accurate quotes, parts availability and billing information
- Support sales department requests for accessories, boutique items and other product information
