About the Role:

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Manager to take the lead in managing our high-performing Parts Department. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, customer satisfaction, and team leadership, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control
  • Support internal service team and retail customers with accurate, timely parts solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff for peak performance
  • Track department KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service

What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience in an automotive parts role (managerial experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems
  • Leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Toyota systems and/or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
  • Passion for automotive excellence and customer service
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an Automotive Dealership Parts environment
