À propos de l’opportunité
En tant que Contrôleur de l’usine , vous serez responsable de superviser l’ensemble des opérations comptables et financières au niveau de l’usine assignée. Cela inclut la gestion de la clôture mensuelle, des comptes fournisseurs, des comptes clients, des analyses et du soutien administratif général de l’usine.
Responsabilités principales
- Gérer toutes les fonctions comptables au niveau de l’usine, y compris la clôture mensuelle et les rapports financiers
- Traiter les écritures des comptes fournisseurs et gérer les paiements hebdomadaires
- Enregistrer les encaissements et suivre les collections
- Effectuer des analyses et des rapports sur les comptes clients
- Soutenir les activités de conformité SOX et veiller au respect des contrôles internes
- Assister dans les tâches administratives générales à l’usine
- Collaborer avec le contrôleur divisionnaire et le directeur de l’usine pour fournir des informations financières

Qualifications
- Expérience préalable dans un environnement comptable en usine ou en fabrication
- Solide connaissance des comptes fournisseurs, des comptes clients et des fonctions du grand livre général
- Une compréhension de la conformité SOX et des contrôles internes est un atout
- Bilingue (anglais et français) requis
- Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et d’Excel

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
