Additional Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
  • Valid Project Management certification. Proof of certification shall be provided with the response.

Education

  • Copies of degrees or certification can be uploaded into the appropriate location under Requested Information in Bonfire. Alternatively, please identify where this information is located within the response.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Science or Engineering. Proof of the degree is requested with the response.
  • Valid Prince2 Foundation or higher, or PMI project management certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

Skill And Experience

  • 10 years' experience in leading cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives. Experience should include analysis, design and implementation. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example should be from a healthcare environment.
  • 5 years' experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities organizational readiness assessments. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. At least one example must follow the Prosci change management methodology.
  • 5 years' experience leading business transformation, overseeing adoption of best practices, coaching and mentoring practitioners, providing quality assurance on work products, and monitoring project impacts post-implementation. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
  • 5 years' experience working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
  • 1 year of experience implementing a technology solution in a healthcare environment including requirements gathering and process flows. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year.
  • 1 year of experience analyzing and implementing business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities. This experience should include coaching and supporting top-level management and executives. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year.
