<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Position Summary Operating and maintaining press machinery used in the manufacturing process. Essential Duties and Tasks To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Safley sets up, operates, and monitors press machinery and equipment as intended and needed to meet customer and production goals. · Completes press machine setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipement to ensure proper operation. · Monitors the production process, inspects and tests materials and equipment using safe and proper protocols, to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas are met. · Verifies and tracks all materials for inventory and work in progress regulations. · Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating efficiently. · Trains and provides guidance to machine assistants and new crew members. · Keeps machinery and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging, and cleanliness requirements. · Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, to prevent accidents or injuries.
