<p><h3>Process Engineering Lead/Senior Process Engineer</h3><p>Join WSP in Canada to apply for the <b>Process Engineering Lead / Senior Process Engineer</b> role.</p>

<p>Our Resources subsector is part of WSP’s ERI (Energy, Resources & Industry) sector, supporting clients across Canada. We provide a full range of services to industrial and mining projects from feasibility studies to detailed engineering and mine site dismantling. <p>WSP is seeking a <b>Process Engineering Lead</b> to join our GTA office team. You will lead the process discipline on projects ranging from conceptual studies to detailed engineering of large-scale projects, designing facilities across Canada and globally.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the process discipline lead, managing client relationships, project quality, budgets, and schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate with team members, other WSP groups, equipment vendors, clients, and sub‑contractors.</li>
<li>Prepare technical reports, specifications, process schematics, and layout drawings; review deliverables from junior and intermediate colleagues.</li>
<li>Conduct process and technology selection, equipment sizing and specification, mass balance, hydraulic analysis, 3D layout review, and analyze colleague work.</li>
<li>Mentor and provide on‑the‑job training for junior and intermediate colleagues.</li>
<li>Manage multiple simultaneous projects and project resources; support senior staff with budgeting, strategy, staff reviews, and training programs.</li>
<li>Contribute to proposal development and support business‑development activities for the sector.</li>
<li>Primarily hybrid consulting work with some travel and fieldwork.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.</li>
<li>12+ years of process engineering experience in a consulting environment, with prior lead experience.</li>
<li>Experience in oil and gas (gas processing), mine infrastructure, utilities, and industrial applications.</li>
<li>Current P.Eng. license in your province of residence.</li>
<li>Experience with HYSIS, AFT Fathom, or Promax software packages is an asset.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.</li>
<li>Strong project‑management and discipline‑lead skills.</li>
