<p><b>Role Description</b></p>
<p>This is a full‑time, on‑site Product Development Engineer (Instrumentation & IoT) role located in Ancaster, ON. The role involves designing and developing innovative instrumentation and IoT solutions, conducting research and development, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include creating product designs, testing and validating prototypes, and providing technical support for product implementation and troubleshooting. The engineer will also assist in improving existing products to enhance performance and reliability.</p>

<li>Proficiency in instrumentation, electronics & electromechanical engineering principles and application to real‑world problems</li>
<li>Solid foundation in Research and Development (R&D) with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions</li>
<li>Strong Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and solve complex engineering challenges</li>
<li>Experience with IoT technologies, industrial automation, and wireless solutions is an asset</li>
<li>Excellent problem‑solving and project management abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage time, and collaborate effectively</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, Instrumentation, electromechanical or a related field</li>
