About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of our first proprietary mobile app at Zii Travel Technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the product from concept to delivery, driving an intuitive and innovative experience that empowers corporate travelers and travel arrangers.
As the dedicated Mobile App Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI and Marketing teams to bring the app to life and continuously refine it based on user needs and market trends. You will shape the mobile product roadmap, ensuring that the app aligns with Encore/Zii’s commitment to exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Mobile App from A to Z: Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Zii’s proprietary mobile app
- Apply best practices in UX design to ensure an intuitive and engaging mobile experience
- Partner with Engineering and UX/UI to deliver high-quality features that align with user needs and business goals
- Leverage your knowledge of travel technology to anticipate user expectations and drive differentiation
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery, design, and development to testing, launch, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful go-to-market execution and client adoption
- Stay ahead of trends in travel, mobile technology, and ecommerce to inform product decisions

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, UX, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile app development
- Strong background in travel industry and travel technology, with a solid grasp of travel booking workflows.
- Experience with ecommerce and secure payment integrations, preferably within a mobile context
- Excellent collaboration with software engineers, UX designers, and other technical and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in Agile practices and continuous deployment environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and advocate for the user
- Data-driven decision-making and comfort with using analytics to refine the product
