You&#39;ll be running your own mini-business, managing crews, leading clients, and being mentored directly by the business owner. You&#39;ll finish the summer with more experience, confidence, and leadership ability than most people have by graduation.</p><p></p><p>If you&#39;re someone who thrives on challenge, growth, and impact this role is built for you.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Actually Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage a crew of 48 painters</li><li>Oversee $50K - $100K + worth of real client projects</li><li>Conduct estimates, manage job quality, and deliver client satisfaction</li><li>Recruit, train, and motivate your own team</li><li>Master sales, leadership, and project management</li><li>Handle real-world challenges and grow every single week</li></ul><p></p><p>You&#39;ll be trained, coached, and supported through it all.
