<h3>Typical Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Lead the full lifecycle of projects – planning to launch – for new club openings, renovations, and capital initiatives.</li>
<li>Act as the go‑to coordinator between Operations, Design, IT, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects on track.</li>
<li>Translate big‑picture goals into clear timelines, deliverables, and actionable plans.</li>
<li>Host project meetings, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues before they arise.</li>
<li>Manage procurement for FF&E, including fitness gear, tech systems, and décor.</li>
<li>Build strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing integrity, and on‑time delivery.</li>
<li>Issue purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate budget visibility.</li>
<li>Drive cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements across procurement and supply chain activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate post‑opening activities such as system training and vendor follow‑up to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Document lessons learned and share best practices to improve future projects.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment and accountability.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Post‑secondary diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fitness sectors.</li>
<li>Proven success in procurement, CapEx management, or multi‑stakeholder project execution.</li>
<li>Strong financial and administrative acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and other project management tools.</li>
<li>A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.</li>
