Job Description:

Summary: You're a strategic and collaborative project management professional with a passion for delivering enterprise-wide transformation. As a Project Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Program Management Office and business partners and functional leads to enable execution of the transformation roadmap.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, functional leads, and delivery teams.
  • Governance and Reporting: Adept at embedding governance structures and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and transparency.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design and change management principles.
  • Experience working in financial services, engineering, or public sector environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • PMP certification required; Agile Certified Practitioner is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience supporting organizational design and transformation efforts, with familiarity in ADKAR and Prosci frameworks.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of client's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with functional leads and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Foster collaboration across matrixed teams to drive accountability and shared ownership.
  • Governance and Reporting: Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting frameworks, and communication plans that support transparency and informed decision-making. Prepare updates and support steering committee discussions.
  • Organizational Design and Change Enablement: Support organization design and transformation efforts with strong change management skills.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Proactively escalate challenges and recommend solutions to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.
  • Tool and Process Optimization: Leverage tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to manage project plans, track deliverables, and communicate progress. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project delivery processes and tools.
