Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate creative, design, and branding projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing schedules, budgets, workflows, and cross-functional teams, while ensuring high-quality design outcomes and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Direct and oversee conceptual renderings, artwork, graphic materials, and design intent documentation for project teams.
  • Establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables; ensure all deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, work plans, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate staffing needs, resource allocation, and task delegation with the Creative Director and management team.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining overall project health and alignment with objectives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Organize and facilitate design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, client workshops, and internal reviews; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Provide support and expertise to design teams, project directors, account managers, and senior leadership.
  • Foster a design-focused, collaborative, and motivated team environment.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the key contact for clients, suppliers, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build effective working relationships, ensuring clear communication and strong client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sales proposals, including scopes of work, schedules, team structures, and work phases.

Budgeting & Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with cost estimates and resource plans.
  • Review staff timesheets for accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
  • Track KPIs related to timelines, milestone achievement, resource utilization, and project success.
  • Ensure project teams meet all milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Support the development of design strategies, presentations, and documents that align with project goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand project scopes and develop new business opportunities.
  • Participate in peer mentorship, performance evaluation, and process-improvement initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience in design, creative project management, architecture, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase creative or design projects.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Ability to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution.
