It's mostly a remote work environment. The Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate journal entries, bank reconciliations, managing accounting records, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, working closely with the finance team, and contributing to overall financial management and strategy.</p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting</li><li>Experience in Journal Entries (Accounting) and Accounting principles</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA or working towards CPA, or related field</li><li>Experience in property management or real estate accounting is a plus</li><li>Experience with Yardi is required for this position.</li></ul>
